Please do not expect a complete medical work-up in 15 minutes. Most people who use my services have complex medical issues, not easily solved in 15 minutes – despite what you insurance may think is adequate time. 

For that reason, I do not accept any insurance payments, nor will I bill your insurance. I would rather spend the time working on your medical issue, so that I can provide you with adequate care, tailored to your individual needs. 

The art of medicine is not a “one size fits all” proposition. Not a “paint by the numbers” form of art. 

I have no support staff in house. So if it takes me longer than you think it should, to answer your e-mail, please text me at 602-799-2087 and ask me to look at the e-mail. Be sure to include your name. 

The best and fastest way to reach me is by using the “contact us” form on this website. Please include a brief description of the issue about which you wish to consult me, if and give me a convenient day – either a Tuesday or a Wednesday, and I will respond by sending you a time for that free phone consultation. Please call 602-799-2087 if you do not hear from me at the scheduled time. I sometimes get hung up in computer issues, or with other patients.

• Initial evaluation complex cases, multiple issues $650.00 (120 minutes consultation time)
• Initial evaluation, issues of moderate complexity $400.00 (60-90 minutes consultation time)
• Free phone consultation ($0.00)

Please remember that if you need your insurance to cover my services, I am probably not the best choice of practitioner for you – although functional medicine may indeed be your best option for healing.
